Frequent Questions
How long does the career coaching program last?
The career coaching program has a defined duration, usually agreed upon during the initial discovery call, where we explore the desired goals or outcomes the person aims to achieve. Currently, my programs typically last 2-3 months and include 5-7 sessions of 50 minutes each, along with offline work on reflective exercises that I will provide for you to complete at home.
How much do your coaching programs cost?
The costs of career coaching can vary significantly depending on the duration of the sessions and the coach’s experience.
Currently, my coaching programs start at 350 euros. All my clients claim that it is an investment with a very high ROI (Return on Investment). The value of this investment is reflected in psychological well-being, job satisfaction, greater self-confidence, a sense of control over your life thanks to clear direction, and professional growth opportunities, including the possibility of a new job. You can explore the topic of costs and benefits of career coaching further in my video on YouTube.
Will I achieve results, and when?
The achievement of goals depends on each person’s commitment, while the coach provides the necessary support and methodology to facilitate and accelerate the desired change. Some changes may take more time, but all the people who have worked with me so far have achieved their goals: you can read their reviews to learn about their experiences.
My goal is to create sustainable and lasting changes in your life. Working with me is a transformational journey, during which we will explore the pillars of your identity. The results will be visible right from the start and will continue to bring benefits over time.
How does a career coaching session work?
A career coaching session begins with a brief reflection on the client’s specific goals for the session, followed by targeted questions from the coach aimed at stimulating awareness and exploring solutions and strategies. Aspects such as aspirations, values, strengths, and professional challenges are analyzed to help the client define a concrete path aligned with their career goals. Toward the end, the client and coach outline an action plan and establish the next steps, creating clear commitments to support progress.
How is coaching different from consulting or mentoring?
Coaching differs from consulting and mentoring as it does not provide direct solutions or advice; instead, it helps the individual discover their own answers through questions and reflection. Unlike consulting, the coach is not an expert in the coachee’s field; unlike mentoring, the coach does not share their own experience but guides the client to explore and realize their own potential.
How can I get to know the coach better and determine if they are the right person for me?
Feeling comfortable and having a sense of openness and trust towards the coach is the foundation of a good working relationship and influences your results.
If I had to choose a career coach, I would look at two main aspects:
- Personality: Do you feel comfortable with this person? Is there chemistry between you, and do you feel you can trust them? You can gauge this by observing how they present themselves online on various social platforms or through the initial discovery call. I offer a free 15-minute call where you can share your situation, and we can both determine if we want to work together.
2. Expertise: Do they have a certification recognized by an organization like ICF (International Coaching Federation)? This is a good sign that the coach possesses the necessary skills and knowledge and has been trained according to international standards.
What approaches and methodologies do you use?
I primarily use Career Coaching according to the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with a holistic Life Coaching approach that encompasses various aspects of life, such as relationships, finances, personal development, and mental health.
Depending on the client’s goals and needs, I can integrate a consultative approach, leveraging my experience in existential psychology, personal branding, marketing, and human resources, always in agreement and total transparency with the client. For instance, CV review sessions and mock interviews are conducted in a consultative manner, in collaboration with an HR expert specializing in recruiting.
Can I change direction or topic during the coaching process?
Yes, you can change direction or topic during the coaching process. The coach is your partner, a guide whose constant focus is on helping you achieve the goal you have defined. You are the one leading and defining what you need, and you can recalibrate the journey at any time—perhaps you discover something new about yourself or your life situation changes. My approach is flexible and supportive, designed to adapt the coaching to your evolving needs and priorities.
