We never stop going through moments of change and rediscovering ourselves, but isn’t this precisely the foundation of growth and progress?

My name is Nadzeya (or Nadia), and I was born in Minsk, Belarus. For many years, I didn’t live with my parents, which undoubtedly fueled my determination and initiative, leading me to develop a passion for life. My greatest dream? To become a traveler.

And so I traveled, and fate led me to Italy, a country I completely fell in love with—so much so that I decided to move there to complete my degree in Economics and Marketing at Sapienza University in Rome.

My aunt always told me, “Education and study are the only investments no one can ever take from you, and they have the power to change your life.” It’s a lesson I’ve always cherished and still carry with me.

I started working as a project manager for training programs, then completed an internship in Digital Marketing in Brussels. Later, I worked in Customer Experience at PwC and NTT Data in Rome, in Global Marketing at Enel X, and in Communications and Content Strategy at Enel Holding.

Everything was going well until, with the arrival of the pandemic in 2020, like many others, I found myself facing a stop: a moment of personal crisis.

During those months of global upheaval, I had to face existential questions: “Who am I really? Is this the job I want to do for the rest of my life? I want to express my talents, create an impact, and have a purpose, but what is it?”

Amidst various thoughts and reflections, I remembered that since I was a child, I wanted to be a traveler. I embarked on a journey, in this case an inner one, through readings and psychology courses on how to find oneself and one’s path; ultimately, I had an enlightening encounter with coaching.

The sessions with my coach revealed untapped potential within me and helped clarify who I truly am and what I want in life. My purpose: to support people in discovering themselves, feeling fulfilled, and achieving professional satisfaction.

I decided to change direction and become an ACC ICF-certified coach, leaving behind the world of marketing and communication to enter the world of human resources (or HR). Now, I’m writing a new chapter of my career, more aware and defined.

It’s truly true that we never stop discovering ourselves. Perhaps this is the real adventure in the great journey of life: embracing change so we can continue to grow.
